About
St John's Church belongs to the Church of England within the Diocese of Bath and Wells. It is the parish church covering Tatworth, South Chard, Perry Street, Chard Junction, Chilson and Chilson Common. St John's is one of the churches within 'The Two Shires' Benefice which includes the parishes of Chaffcombe, Cricket Malherbie with Knowle St Giles, Thorncombe and Winsham. It is also in the Chard Local Ministry Group and in the Crewkerne and Ilminster Deanery. St John's is situated on the corner of Waterlake Road and the A358.

Other Activities
Kingdom Kids - Every Sunday except 2nd Sunday and during school holidays.
TCYC - Tatworth Church Youth Club meets every Friday from 7-8.30pm.
Wives Group meets monthly on the 4th Thursday at 7.30pm.
Study Group usually meets on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm.
We also run Alpha courses from time to time. This is an introduction to the Christian faith and includes a meal, a DVD and discussion groups.
A weekly Holiday Club takes place during the Summer holiday and around Christmas and Easter.
